Massage is a ‘hands-on’ treatment of the whole body or parts of it, to help with a range of complaints. Different types of touch are used on the various areas of the body to help with problems such as muscle stiffness/soreness, breathing difficulties, joint stiffness, etc.. Massage will also improve lymphatic drainage and general circulation, stimulate the nervous system and overall work towards releasing tension and pain in order to promote relaxation and well-being. |
