Rune Readings
The runic alphabet is of early Anglo Saxon and Viking origin, and has probably been used in England for the purposes of divination since the third Century AD. A rune reader will usually have a set of small ivory, bone or stone pieces inscribed with runic script.
As with Tarot, a Rune reading is based upon the situation as it is at the time of the reading. The Rune reader will ask you to select from the runes and will lay them out in a specific pattern. The particular placement of each Rune gives the reader an indication of the answer to your questions.
